Belize Private Island Restaurant
Ignite your taste buds!
Influenced by Belize’s rich cultural heritage and elevated through a thoughtful renovation, Coco Palms is the vibrant social heart of our private island. This beautifully reimagined bar and restaurant blends modern island design with warm natural textures, open-air ocean views, and an inviting sense of ease.
By day, Coco Palms is a relaxed gathering place for handcrafted cocktails, fresh flavors, and sunlit views of the Caribbean Sea. By night, it transforms into a chic dining space where glowing lanterns, sea breezes, and moonlit waters set the tone for unforgettable evenings.
Our culinary experience remains rooted in Belizean tradition, drawing inspiration from Maya, Mestizo, and Garifuna influences. Each meal is prepared with care by our in-house chef, Ms. Jude, and her team, using homestyle techniques. Guests enjoy chef-selected breakfasts and lunches, followed by an elegant three-course à la carte dinner each evening, including a choice of four entrées and a thoughtfully crafted dessert.
Whether you’re sipping a cocktail at the bar, lounging by the pool at sunset, or enjoying a candlelit dinner overlooking the sea, Coco Palms invites you to slow down and savor the moment. All dishes are gladly customized to accommodate dietary needs, allergies, and personal preferences.

Made-to-order meals
All packages include three meals, mid-morning pastries, afternoon bar snacks, and decadent desserts.
Breakfast includes coffee or tea, fresh juice, fresh tropical fruits as well as fare such as eggs, bacon, sausage, fried jacks (deep fried dough paired perfectly with refried beans & sunny side up eggs), toast, and journey cakes (traditional version of a Belizean-style biscuit made with fresh coconut milk).
Lunch is typically a light meal such as fish or chicken tostadas, Belizean tamales, or seafood sere—a delicious, local Garifuna soup of fish fillets, shrimp, and conch in creamy coconut milk. Lunches are provided for guests on tours. For those who prefer a more traditional lunch, the option of a salad or chicken/fresh burger on homemade bread is readily available.
Dinner selections are sure to leave a lasting impression with a kaleidoscope of flavors which can include anything from Roasted Cho-Cho Soup, Spicy Jerk Chicken, Caribbean Grilled Lobster or Conch Steak (seasonal) and Seafood Pasta. Twice weekly we offer a substantial buffet option, including an authentic Belizean spread and local favorite of stewed chicken, rice and beans cooked in coconut milk, potato salad and plantain slices. If you've gone fishing that day, our chefs are more than happy to cook your catch of the day in any style you like.
Before or after dinner, join us at the bar for an epic happy hour sunset viewing or a nightcap of an infused cocktail. It is the hub of socializing and relaxing after a day of island adventures.
We cater to any dietary needs. If you do have any food allergies or food preferences please let the Reservation Team know in advance so our cooks can be prepared with the necessary ingredients. We do encourage guests with special dietary preferences to bring a few of your favorite snacks and treats to keep in your cabana.

"Food was 10x better than your typical all inclusive. We had grilled lobster, tostadas, grilled shrimp, bacon wrapped pork, tamales, tacos, grilled snapper, pasta, amazing fish strips, fry jacks, banana pancakes, french toast, bacon, fruit, cookies and so so much more."
"Food: It's amazing. Plain and simple. Everything is homemade, you can taste it. Miss Jude puts a lot of love into her food and her guests. The banana bread it to die for. I still have dreams about it. We read from a few reviews it was advised to bring snacks- it's not needed. I am always hungry and I actually left every meal stuffed."
"The food is almost entirely locally sourced and organic & that combined with the brilliant chef makes for meals you will remember. There were couples going fishing while we were there and every night they came around at dinner sharing their catch. I am a vegetarian and the chef happily accommodated me."
