Credit Card Policy:

Charges to credit cards processed in Belize will be in Belize dollars. Coco Plum Island Resort is not responsible for any currency rate of exchange variances applied by banks or for any international processing fees that may be charged by your credit card company. Payment made with a credit card goes through our Belize office so if you prefer to pay with a check (no extra bank fee), just let us know and we will give you those instructions.

Reservation Policy:

A 25% deposit per person is due at time of reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cabana is not confirmed until we receive a deposit. We cannot guarantee a specific cabana with your reservation. Note: For reservation made from December 18th - January 5th the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You can make your reservation via telephone, mail, or e-mail. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are to be paid in full upon receipt of confirmation. There is a 5 night minimum stay on all packages anytime between December 20, 2009 - January 5, 2010.

Island Rental:

It is best to reserve the island 8-12 months in advance of your stay. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit (check only) at the time of reservation for Island Rental. Balance (check only) is due 120 days prior to arrival.

Payment Options:

Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks are accepted. Charges to credit cards are processed in Belize and are therefore Belize dollars. Coco Plum Island Resort is not responsible for any currency rate of exchange variances applied by banks or for any international processing fees that may be charged by your credit card company. It is your responsibility as a traveler to a foreign country to investigate these variances/fees. Coco Plum Island Resort WILL NOT issue refunds for any currency variances and /or bank fees. Payment made with a credit card goes through our Belize office so if you prefer to pay with a check (no extra bank fee), just let us know and we will give you those instructions.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $200.00USD administration fee for cancellations. This fee will be deducted from all refunds. All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed by Coco Plum.

Winter & Summer season: If cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to arrival, full refund less admin fee; 61-89 days - 75% refund less admin fee; 31-60 days - 50% refund less admin fee; less than 30 days - no refund.

Christmas & Easter Season: If cancellation is made at least 120 days prior to arrival, full refund less admin fee; 90-119 days - 75% refund less admin fee; 61-89 days - 50% refund less admin fee; less than 60 days prior to arrival- no refund.
